Abe and Ida Cooper Center is a Jewish Children and Family Services facility providing programs for children and adults with special needs. “Oak Leaves” is a 12-foot-tall, hand painted stainless steel sculpture that uplifts and encourages as it welcomes visitors just outside the main entrance.
