“Imagine” captures the essence of nurturing, caring and safety, in a spectacular display of light and color at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha. The colorful installation, is located on the corner of Omaha’s main thoroughfare, cheerfully greets over 70,000 people every day.

“Imagine” features nineteen shimmering umbrellas spiraling up a 75-foot-tall stainless steel ribbon inside the hospital’s window-encased stairwell, while five larger-than-life bronze children celebrate the joys of life on the outside lawn.

The umbrellas, each painted copper, silver or a combination of both, contain programmable LED lights capable of more than 16 million color combinations.
